This Belgravia three-bedroom townhouse was completely transformed through a full structural refurbishment. The project began with a total strip-out, including all internal walls, floors, joists and the entire roof structure, allowing us to rebuild the property with a modern layout while preserving its heritage charm. Slimline heritage double-glazed windows, new structural steels and slimline bi-fold doors created bright, open spaces, complemented by a pivot door and glass balustrade at ground floor and a new terrace overlooking the garden.
