What began as a dated and disconnected property was transformed into a modern, luxurious home through a complete refurbishment. The project started with a full strip-out, clearing the way for a fresh vision to take shape. New double-glazed windows and elegant bi-fold doors were installed, flooding the home with natural light and creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. Inside, tiled flooring with underfloor heating brought warmth and comfort throughout the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that we created by reconfiguring the layout for contemporary living.
Every detail was considered: new internal doors, skirtings and architraves added clean architectural lines, while upgraded ceilings and high-performance soundproofing enhanced comfort and privacy. We added a stylish new shower room, finished to a high specification, alongside a fully bespoke kitchen designed to maximise both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Custom cabinetry—including fitted wardrobes and a beautifully crafted media wall—provided intelligent storage and a refined sense of order.
